Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.  Add canned pumpkin and mix well.  Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon together.  Add to pumpkin mixture and beat well.  Add dates, raisins, and pecans; mix until well coated and dispersed through mixture. &lt;br /&gt;Bake in loaf pan, one pound coffee can or 13-oz salted peanut cans (remove wrapper).  All containers should be buttered before the batter is added.  Fill containers ¾ full with batter.
